 We use Papazian, Heisey, and Myers for all of our legal needs. They are exceptional when reviewing partnership agreements, and have always included a clause that permits us to dissolve the partnership at any time. Additionally they have assisted with our policy; from overlooking our membership application and Code of Conduct to ensure they are legally binding agreements, our Constitution that mandates how the club operates, and our internal policy that ensures safety and security of the club. They have never treated us differently because we're an organization run by students. We're very happy with them representing us and hope to continue doing business with them for the foreseeable future.  I went in to see James Quigley to have legal documents completed and notarized to access funds through a life insurance policy of a recently deceased relative. Mr. Quigley was extremely respectful during the meeting and offered his condolences for my loss. He was prompt in dealing with my legal needs. The cost for notoriety was affordable (I've had exorbitant fees in the past) and the service was excellent. I've since recommended them to friends and family, and will continue to do so.
