The web site said that the claim didn't go through and to try again, which was disappointing. But it did go through and if I hadn't checked my email I would have submitted it again. Something should be checked out on your program.

 Having experienced the quality of service consistently offered by Pacific Blue Cross, I can not imagine dealing with another health care provider. I find their on-line claims site to be concise and easy to navigate. When traveling outside the country, I have made a number of travel related claims over the years and have never once been disappointed in the responsiveness and quality of service I have received, from the dedicated, caring and diligent employees of this organization. From me, they would get a 6th star if it were an option.

 I was pleased with the ease the process of submitting claims online proved to be. From submitting my banking information to the actual submission of claims took only a few minutes, and confirmation of success was immediate. This will be my preferred method from here going forward.
