When there was an error made by the City of Toronto on land transfer fees, you made a payment on our behalf trusting that I will pay you back thereby not causing unnecessary delays. On top of all that, your fee was lower than most other places. I am so thankful I kept your card and contacted you in our time of need. It is apparent to me that you have great attention to detail and you care for your clients. I am grateful that you were a part of two major milestones in my life: finishing school and purchasing my first home.
