 We purchased a business and the land in 2018 and we had an excellent lawyer who was very thorough with all the documents and very precise in emails. In the middle of the transaction (our transaction was many months), our lawyer moved away and we were transferred to the owner. The staff that helped us in the transaction was Julie and Vira and they were absolutely amazing workers and went the extra mile to make everything correct....definitely 'dotted the i's' and 'crossed the t's'.
