They have excellent MEALS and is a fairly good place to stay in If you become HOMELESS. Staff are usually quite HELPFUL...( providing you avoid Chuck on the night-shift! ...he tends to change the rules on the fly...to serve whatever purpose and whimsy! ) ( HINT:.  As a homeless person in London, I had all my belongings stolen by a former friend. All my clothing and winter wear was part of the theft. At thebstart of the winter season, I needed winter boots and a winter coat. I went to the Mission on York Street and asked for a voucher. The only question I was asked was for ID. I was given a voucher right away. I picked what I needed and went to the Mission Store the next day and found everything except winter boots. I got a decent pair of shoes instead, as the shoes were in better shape than the boots I was wearing. The staff at both both Mission locations were friendly and very helpful. The whole experience was fabulous.
