The lovely folks at Peter Lamprey's office made buying our first home SO much easier. I called them up––too early in the process–– and they were wonderful about walking me through when and how to pull them in. The entire thing was seamless and stress-free for us. They even went out of their way to drop off paperwork to our new home at the end of the process due to circumstances that prevented us from picking it up! Overall, can't recommend them enough.

 Peter’s office helped me with my latest real estate purchase. It was a great experience. They were all very helpful every step of the way. Real estate closings can be quite dry but not with Peter. He made the entire process fun with his wit and commentary. Will use their services again and will recommend.

 My wife and I just recently had Peter and his staff prepare new wills and powers of attorney for property and for personal. Being seniors and in a high-risk state… re Covid -19, we were nervous about going into the office. I know that they have made great strides in virus proofing their office. When we explained that we have not been into any stores or offices since the provincial lock down, Peter suggested that we do it online. What a great experience! We emailed our requests to him. In return, Peter sent us proofs of the documents with extra suggestions. It was easy to review the documents at our leisure in our home. After reviewing the documents, we made final requests and emailed them back to the office. Peter emailed the final copies to us. I printed them at home. Using our computer and Skype, we connected to his office. Peter and a staff member watched us sign the various documents. Upon completion, we drove to Peter’s parking lot. Peter, himself, came out to our car, took the documents into his office for finalization. Ten minutes later, he returned with our finalized documents. What a simple procedure! We enjoyed being able to stay self-isolation.

 First time working with Peter was great. Would definitely recommend his services. The staff are fantastic and everyone went above and beyond to help us.

 Peter and his staff were incredible. We used him for our first mortgage renewal/refinance and they were very patient with us and our million questions. Everything was done quick and efficient. Everyone in the office was very friendly and were more than willing to help. We are in the process of discussing our will and will be going to him for the process.
