Just moved to BC and had to get an out of province drivers abstract that required notoriety. Chelsea's staff were very helpful and friendly. I was lucky Chelsea was available for a quick signing as the office seems pretty busy on a Monday morning. Chelsea was warm, freindly and considerate. Price seemed reasonable.
