Ordered a Keg Celebration Kit from this location for Mother's Day and the entire experience was amazing, especially so given the challenging times we are living in during the Pandemic. Efficient parking area for pick ups, prompt service, wonderful staff bringing the kits out to my car, quick and easy payment. The kit itself was impressive - it was just like having a Keg steak / meal at the restaurant, only we prepared it at home. The cutest little Mother's Day card and mini champagne bottle were included. Great value and so thrilled to be able to enjoy a little bit of the Keg experience at home while we can't dine in restaurant for a while.

 When one thinks of steak, the Keg often comes to mind. Dishes are consistently well prepared & customer service is always beyond. Visited this location a few weeks ago and as usual it was a lovely experience. I would like to mention the special attention given to a member of our party who has an allergy issue not only from our waiter but the manager as well to accommodate his needs. Excellent job folks.

 This is absolutely one of the coolest place to eat in the area. Every time I come there I am remarkably happy. They preserve their very high standard service and the highest level of food they offer. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.

 Good steak at reasonable price. The peppercorn steak and prime ribs are the best. The onion soup is also highly recommended. Pairing with keg size Cesar drink is awesome. Took one star off as sometimes the steak was not cooked to the right order and a couple times we had to send them back.

 First time visiting the Richmond Hill location, but I can see why The Keg is always busy no matter what the location is, service was excellent! Nigel was great, entertaining and very pleasant. The food was excellent too, as it usually is. Having visited for an anniversary dinner, gotta love that Billy Minor pie! Will certainly be back to visit this location in the future as its close to home.
