The last six months have been a nightmare for our family.
We bought a house from the developer, in new subdivision. As a result of bad faith attitude on the part of the builder, the house was not completed on time and our family was forced to wander between rents for almost six months. The developer deviated from the execution of the contract and refused to cover our expenses incurred through his fault.
We have tried every possible way to influence the developer to resolve the issue, we also appealed to different relevant authorities, but the matter did not move from a dead point. After 5 months, being homeless, having survived 5 moves from rent to rent and having lost almost all of our savings, my family of 6 people (2 adults, 2 elderly and 2 children) was driven to complete despair.
Then I went to ProBono, this was our last hope for justice and help. I will never forget that day, there I met James Bowie.
With his deep knowledge of laws, professionalism, motivation and self-confidence, he inspired us with the hope that all our problems are solvable, the nightmare will end soon and we will soon be in our house.
James kept his word. In just a few weeks, he completely turned the situation in our favor, he ensured that we received the long-awaited keys, and our financial losses were compensated.
James Bowie is a true professional who knows and loves his job. He truly charges people with his energy, excitement and faith in victory.
My eldest son plans to enter the law school in the future, James Bowie is that type of lawyer that I wish my son will become.
With much gratitude from the whole family,
Victoria G.
