I don't get the bad reviews (apparently people didn't win their appeal). My experience with the staff was that they were polite, respectful, and friendly. I was really nervous about the appointment, but they treat everyone very well and it seems like they sincerely want to help.

 Simple procedure to chalange SGI decision. They decide as per their own judgement.
