Former employee. This place was an amazing place to work. Excellent organization and repair scheduling. The environment was friendly and the workers were compensated accordingly for travel and other duties. The quality of the homes were pretty good. Standard issues that come with a new construction housing. I enjoyed this place and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a Greenpark home anywhere.

 Very unprofessional! Every time I called, they either didn’t answer my question or directed me to someone who was in a rush to hang up the phone! For a VIP sale, they didn’t bother informing agents or clients about full inventory, and every time we contact them, their go to response is: “we don’t have information” The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is due to their quality of floor plans and actually taking into account recent consumer needs! They definitely need to train better agents at their affiliated Metropark offices!
