 I’ve was impressed with D’Arcys service on my first visit which was approx 4 years ago. She stayed late on that occasion to complete my home purchase paperwork although my flight to CR was delayed. She kept the office open until I landed and drove to her office. That was approx 4 visits ago as I’d been back assisting my folks with their matters. She has always been professional, thoughtful and thorough. Yesterday was no different. I attended with my Mum to deal with matters associated with my Dad’s passing. D’Arcy was her usual professional and informative self but also gave us a couple of laughs and took great care of us.
