Norm visited us from Enercare and did excellent job . Looked at minor details of the plant and working condition. Took extra efforts to find any existing flaws with air conditioning system . Sealed even minor air leaks giving extra efforts from his side. He was friendly and polite. Explained me in details on the working condition of the system.  I am very pleased with the quality of work Mark did. He came May 26th around 12:30pm expecting to test for air conditioner leaks which was his specialty. Instead he decided to stay going out of his way to get the air conditioner working by replacing the defective part as soon as he can knowing my daughter is immune compromised and can quickly dehydrate due to her medical condition. It was close to 31 degrees outside. Now I can focus on my job as an essential worker instead of worrying about losing my daughter. Thank you to our hero of Enercare.
