So my lawyer retired and I was in a rush to find a good lawyer found one didn't like his services then I was reffered to Parm Singh from a good friend. Now I was closing on a property with a JV agreement in 4 days (hence the rush), Parm took it on without hesitation, and got it done quickly, professionally and flawlessly.
