The girl in the front office was very helpful and friendly. You don’t need an appointment and there was no one else waiting. The only suggestion I would recommend is that everyone should be informed of all the requirements - I provided a photo however it should have been signed by the girl in the office which it was not. So now I need to resubmit another photo - which I found out 5 months later. Otherwise I would definitely recommended going to this location for assistance
