Thank you for the wonderful care and support ???? system integrated for my family member during their great need for intervention and working through her needs in and out of hospital. Great referrals to other agencies for her as a support system. Above and beyond the call for help when needed..

 Helped me through withdrawal and many instance/occurrences of mental health related issues. Only complaint is that they need more funding to have staffing. You call and only one staff member has to handle a call volume that sometimes they cannot attend to. Hamilton just has a need for more services such as these. Without them I would not be alive. So really I would give them 5 stars if it was not for the limited time they can chat based on call volume and it is hard for them to probably end calls with someone who is not coherent. Immensely grateful for this service !
