City Hall is effectively closed except for people paying their taxes. Went to drop off some paperwork...no clue as to what to do.... so I have to email.

 Impressive architecture. Balanced proportion of concrete and greens. Parking is a bit limited for the public.

 The service was great but the line up method was outdated.
