Dr. Chung and his associates have been amazing. I thank God for meeting Dr. Chung and his optometrists in Toronto. They were so quick to take me in for an appointment, and were very kind and considerate. I felt at ease, and I do not hesitate to recommend their professionalism and cleanliness too, of their office.

 Dr. Chung is great. He is patient and ready to answer questions. My family doctor recommended him and I'm glad I went. There are several other eye doctors available. I had no chance to meet them, but my guess is they're nice people. The staff supporting the doctors are, as far as I saw, all women. The women doing appointments and billing are nice folks. I had one interaction with sales staff and that person was a little dim. The reason for 4 stars in stead of 5 is the vision tech. This is a woman who runs automated tests before you see the doctor. My experience says this woman is unhappy in her work. Other than that, the place is clean, brightly lit, and has a wide selection of frames. It's a good store.

 Dr. Chung I was very well taken care of by Dr. Chung. Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients. I will continue to come here and I will recommends family and friends to come and visit.  Very nice physician, very kind. She took me over my eye examination findings in a very professional way. Dr Lee was very thorough in her assessment and counselling. Aida was on top of all the process of choosing my first glasses. She was lovely, kind, and fast in the entire process. Although I was overwhelmed with the need for glasses, she was very compassionate and the interaction with her made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic.

 Good experience with the optometrist. She was very knowledgeable and professional. It would be more efficient if I was asked to remove my contacts in advance before the initial tests (not with the optometrist). I did the first eye test, then asked if I was wearing contacts. Had to remove them and redo the test again. I didn’t find this process to be efficient. This could be asked while I waited to be seen.
