Nice people around. Very relaxed place.

 I have been calling the legal department for years asking for some level of traffic calming, I have been hit, bumped and almost run over downtown more times than I can count. They have listened and are preparing plans for problem intersections. They are focusing on making it safer for pedestrians without affecting the travel time of an average vehicle.

 A very friendly people and family friendly community. It has beautiful parks, community centres and great shopping.
