Great place to kill time. Beautiful views of downtown and bridge. Alot of wild animals and birds for a small island such as racoons, herrons, ground hogs, feral cats, foxes, weasels, giant rats, snakes, skunks, squirrels, ducks... The fishing is very good there too with big pike, musky, walleye, bass, catfish, trout and sturgeon. Bring a camera.

 During our visit we saw a wild fox and a raccoon ! ;)

 We went on a Monday and were almost alone on the two islands (St Helene and Notre Dame). We biked throughout. The visit was spectacular.
