 Lots of offices. Clear directions to which office you are visiting. Has elevators, close to the bus stop ( right in front). Went to Regie du lodgement there on 4th floor. Didn't wait to long to be attended to. Bilingual staff at the office, clean, helpful.

 They are very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns regarding apartment issues I was having. It could be a long wait though, so bring a book!
