Honestly, signing up for this online is a nightmare. Also, figuring out what is wrong online is also a nightmare; however, once everything works, it is great. Their customer service was, in my experience, very helpful and kind. 3.3% on your HISA is a great rate and now that everything is working fine, I have no regrets or complaints. I also had some trouble with my E-transfers for the first couple of days, but it's working fine now.
