I found Raymond to be extremely responsive, efficient and communicative throughout my closing process. I particularly appreciated how he worked on the weekends and weeknights. He also has quite the sense of humour. I found his humour to be especially refreshing, but note that it may not be everyone's cup of tea (hence the low reviews from some of the other reviewers). Overall though, I would highly recommend his services!
