Doug's personality is raw. He did his job but be aware that his approach may offend you. He was absolutely certain that my request to the crown would not be considered. Even the best can be wrong ... I know he never wants to see my face again. Truthfully, I felt that Doug was quite annoyed after I basically told him that after the $3,500 retainer fee I could not afford anymore. Like I said he is hardcore but I would definitely recommend him.
