I started with a different lawyer, but wasn't thrilled, so when a friend with a much more complicated divorce (kids, a business, debt) raved about Nida Hussain, I went to meet her and immediately switched. The divorce process in Ontario is slow, complicated, and expensive, but thanks to Nida, our joint assets were divided up fairly, despite my ex's wish to keep it all. Nida and her staff were timely--her replies to my emails were practically instantaneous. I can state that she made a difficult time a lot less difficult.
