Excellent place to visit in Quebec if you want to learn about Quebec history and not just look at pretty buildings. Make sure to sign up for the free tour. The guide was excellent. The interior of the building is beautiful. While waiting for you tour consider visiting Library. The library has a separate entrance and is free to visit on your own time.
