Fantastic experience every time I donate at this location. In-N-Out very quick. The staff are very well trained and make donating a breeze. If you haven't donated recently, why not do it today!

The facility has been relocated to a new space in Hillcrest Mall near Goodlife Fitness. The access is only from outside the mall (back of the mall). No access from within the mall. The place is very clean have courteous staff. The process is bit slow, although it's not crowded by donors. 45min on average for the donation process (if there are only a couple of people ahead you). There are only a few nursing staff to collect blood. That's why even though collecting benches are available, donor are still waiting for the nurse/technical staff to attend them to draw blood.

My husband and I always come to this location every time we are good to donate. The place is nice and clean. The reason why I gave three stars is because I felt like what happened was unfair. When it’s my turn to sit down on the chair for donation I told the nurse helping me out that I am right handed. In Almost Everything that I do my right hand is involve. If she could do the left since Ive always been getting the needle on the left. Again it’s not my first time. So I knew. Left is ok and good. She said no she will do the right I can still use my right hand except with lifting etc. She check the left arm and just insisted to do the right. With me leaving no choice because I have some important things to do after I don’t want to delay the process. I let her. It was very accessible for her doing two people one on the left and me on the right arm and she stays in the middle. So convenient for her no need to do a lot of walking from one side to the other. I came there to donate voluntarily but I think it’s just right the nurse listens to the person donating as well. 2 days after I got bruise in the area where needle was inserted maybe because I was using it too much. There’s a lot of reasons why we get bruises. The point is I feel like they the nurses / volunteer should sometimes listen to people who come in to donate. And it would be great if you could try to do a little bit of consideration.
