 hello, just wanted to reach out to all my fellow USA flagged merchant mariners crew members. if you are transiting( by water or land) to Canada, if you have any type of a criminal record(I mean anything!!!!!!). you most likely will not be able to enter into Canada by water or land........there are many attorneys out there. Don't waste you time looking any further (like I did states side in the US). JTM immigration services is the best out there!!! they are very fair and reasonably priced and as fast as possible with positive results. I worked with Tharshini mostly on the phone.
