John and I discussed a case involving setting a potentially fraudulent will aside and recovering the money owed to beneficiaries of the estate and reinstating will prepared 4 years earlier. It involved 3 siblings, one lawyer who has enjoyed power of attorney over his mother's (deceased in ept 2014) estate, a line of credit secured by the condo she lived in, a number of unpaid loans made from line of credit and her personal bank account.
