| Description | Jessica assists clients with personal estate and incapacity planning, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements. She also advises on tax efficiency wealth preservation planning for high net worth individuals through the execution of estate freezes, corporate reorganizations, and the establishment and maintenance of trusts and privately held corporate structures.
Jessica also maintains a significant practice in estate and trust administration, assisting executors, trustees and beneficiaries navigate probate, administration and passing of accounts.
