Never used their services, because we were never given a chance.
We buy investment properties in Ottawa and our lawyer from out of city recommended them, as they are a reputable Ottawa firm and we needed to sign some documents with a lawyer. I called them and was transferred to a mailbox belonging to one of their employees, where i left a voicemail. I even emailed the employee (AG) and never got a response. It was a disappointment to say the least; one doesn't expect such lack of care & communication from such a respected firm.
I have not visited this law firm, thus I have not one thing negative to say about them. 5 STAR !!!!
Very thoughtful, very helpful. above and beyond expectations.
