Unlike what I have read here, and was quite demotivated to call the college after all bad reviews I saw.. A very nice, and helpful lady named Tanya answered me and spared zero efforts to explain me one process I asked about.. Big thanks to her she made my day. So if she is the lady tht always picks up, you guys should have no problem contacting the college at any time am sure she will help
I've called four times in the last two days and have always had someone answer the phone promptly. 1 agent was not very knowledgeable but the other 3 were very helpful and I got the information I needed. My suggestion is if the first person is not helpful, call back. Also website is very helpful and informative.
