Staff in staples shipping services are friendly and helpful. Provided me tape gun to seal the package. I was charged $2 at one of UPS store for it.
They recently moved our local Depot. lots of issues between the move and black Friday cyber Monday shopping sales but we can only assume they are doing their best good company to deal with but seems to have growing pains for rule Ontario
The wait in line took forever. There was a complication with the shipping order, and their services were down. The customer service was exceptional, and they helped me with my order.
