Isaac Tang

Isaac's practice involves a balance between public and private sector work, including:

Acting as co-counsel to a Regional municipality in defending over 40 appeals to the Regional Official Plan as part of a Growth Plan conformity and five-year review exercise and assisting in defending matters of Regional interest.
Representing private sector clients in a range of development applications throughout the GTA, including official plan amendments, zoning by-law amendments, site plan applications and minor variances before the Ontario Municipal Board.
Representing expropriating authorities and private landowners in complex land acquisition disputes.
Representing professional liability insurers in matters involving real estate transactions and disputes.

While attending law school, Isaac served as the President of the Students' Law Society and a division leader (Criminal Law) at Downtown Legal Services. Upon graduation, he received the Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award, the John Willis Award and the Gina Caldarelli Memorial Prize for School Spirit.
