I visit this place several times a year to pay taxes get permits etc. I find the staff are always helpfull and pleasant. If they can't answer a question they will find someone who can or have them call you later.
This beautifyll building is perfectly located next to RCMP, Evergreen, Aquatic and Skytrain. Its clean and well maintained like most everything else in the city that is serviced by city staff.
I love Coquitlam!

I'm not too sure what I can say about city hall other than its clean, well maintained and parking was easy (free too!)
