Harpreet and her team are very professional and efficient. If the mortgage is under $50,000 the client can save legal fees by using 1 lawyer, which if the client is comfortable doing, can save them a lot of money. Harpreet is one of the lawyers I recommend to my clients when they do not have a lawyer for their mortgage. Her team is easy to work with when we are closing easy to challenging files.
