 Amazing Criminal Lawyers.... I seriously couldn't have asked for better. The clientèle get treated like human beings, not like 6 time convicted serial killers. Although they have their limits on what they can do in the courtroom, they go up and beyond what their expected to do. In my situation, I couldn't afford to pay cash, but with the legal aid process i was able to hire a lawyer from the firm to take care of my case. These lawyers showed up 95% of the time to my monthly court appearances, and if they couldn't make it they were sure to let me know well ahead of time that they would send a replacement for that specific date. I was looking at a 6+ years jail sentence, and with Derstine & Penman I was given bail, so i can try and get the help i need in society and not sit around in prison. They worked 60+ hours then they got payed for by legal aid, and they still didn't lose focus or give up on me. With the help of Derstine & Penman i received a 2 year sentence not including the time i had served, this way i didn't have to go the penitentiary. They had brought my 6 year sentence down to 2 years, and had me sent to an institutional treatment center to get the help i need while in custody. With out the help of this law firm, i would still be in custody today, and most likely have gone back to my old life style upon release. Because of them, i am now 2 years sober and counting forward.
