Garrett Hamilton

With a background in the oilfield services industry, Garrett has first-hand industry knowledge and a business-oriented outlook on legal matters, with a strong focus on client service. Garrett acts for both private and public companies, providing legal advice to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as to clients on both the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange. Garrett has experience assisting clients with corporate financings, corporate structuring and restructuring, employment and shareholder matters, listing applications, corporate governance, as well as general business contracts and other related matters.

While attending university, Garrett was a member of Student Legal Services and the Pro Bono Students Canada program. Today, he remains actively involved in a variety of sporting and community events in the city. His personal interests include rebuilding motorcycles and participating in sports such as baseball, golf and hockey.
