| Description | Erin Berney earned a Bachelor of Arts in ComparativeLiterature in 2006, and a Juris Doctor in 2012, both from the University ofAlberta. She was a student editor for the Alberta Law Review, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2013. She maintains a general civil litigation practice that specializes in condominium law. I retained Rami for assistance with a corporate/ tax law inquiry. His service was prompt, the information provided was very helpful, and it far exceeded my expectations. He was polite, kind, and personable throughout the whole experience!
Spoke to Taylor regarding some employment challenges. She was every friendly and approachable,, however while the employment issue's I was facing were not complex, Taylor's "expertise" was equal to that of an HR professional. There was nothing that she shared that was beyond my own knowledge.
I wouldn't say the experience was bad but wouldn't say that I gained any information about my situation that I already knew. I wish I had gone to another law firm for counselling. I have also used Kahane law and have found them to be much more informative.
I was referred to Field Law almost 5 years ago, Predrag (Peter) Tomic was who I was specifically recommend to. We came up with a long term goal, which ended up working exactly according to plan. I have very few complaints, communication could be a tad better with emails, but they were always on top of everything come the day. Of course everyone wants everything to be done for less, mine was not a cheap lawsuit, but who’s is? They are competitively priced and at the end of the day got it done in my favor while keeping me informed of my options in terms I could understand and while giving advice made clear it was still my choice. Overall a very professional experience.
