Called about getting documents notarized and had me in within a few hours to get them signed. The woman who answered the phone (Donna) insisted that it would be complimentary, whereas when I was leaving I was told it was normally $113/document, but that they would do all 5 documents for $113 total (certified passport copies). Appreciate the prompt service, didn't appreciate the internal miscommunication.
