I had a dilemma regarding the Power of Attorney and a will that I had drawn up for my brother in New Brunswick. He recently went into the hospital and he and I had the rude awakening that this was inadequate for the medical personnel to give me an update on his condition without permission from him. Thank God, he was conscious and able to do so. I gave Donna a call and she advised me that BC and NB rules and regulations are far different. She pointed me in the right direction where I could get the necessary forms to help me with this. She was thorough and so helpful!
