 As a first time home buyer who bought a brand new townhouse straight from the builder, we could not have chosen a better lawyer for our purchase. Domenic is always quick and responsive and very knowledgeable about the entire process. Our closing was December 18 but my builder was slow and unorganized so they only had the documents prepared the day before. Despite receiving the documents less than 24 hours before closing and while I was on holiday on the other side of Canada to boot, Domenic executed the closing diligently and smoothly.  Domenic and his associates came well referred and while I was apprehensive about the online nature of most of the transaction, after all was said and done, I don't think I would do it any other way. Way to embrace technology to make the process smoother, transparent and simplified. This was my 2nd home purchase (1st home sale) and looking forward to doing it again in another 10 years.
