Recently, we achieved a huge leap towards consistency and efficiency with the court clerks in having an approved fee and disbursement tairiff in place. With the help of one other lawyer, we spent hundreds of hours working together with the Masters in Chambers to establish fair, equitable and best practises with respect to fee consistency and expectations on taxed foreclosure files. I pride myself on being a mentor and a teacher within the industry. We have helped numerous lending organizations develop mortgage terms, forms, requirements and standard mortgage terms. We have assisted our clients in development of practise requirements for underwriting, review of funding requests and instructing default processes. Hendrix Law has also built their own internal foreclosure management system that their clients can log into and see at a moment the status of any one of their files, the documents associated with that file, all communications and when the next steps are to take place. This program also assists us in the ability to have every single active file in their office at their fingertips which helps them with their efficiency and team approach to the handling of files. |
