 Working with Dave was a great experience. His professionalism and friendliness made him awesome to work with. He was very patient, efficient and always responded quickly if we had any questions, no matter the time of day. He was a great help with the pros and cons of the different properties and we appreciated his honesty while touring homes. Dave was able to help us every step of the way from assisting in recommending a mortgage broker to home inspector, as well others. Everyone Dave recommended was top notch and he was a huge help in explaining how everything worked. We will definitely use Dave again in the future.

 We met David at an open house over a year ago and kept in touch during that period as we were casually looking for a bungalow for downsizing. David was very helpful in the process as he arranged for automatic updates given our criteria for a search and the filters he set resulted in many interesting houses released on the market. When we were interested in a house, David was quick to respond to our request for a visit and his insights were very helpful during our visits together. In April 2019, the perfect house came up and we jumped at the opportunity to submit an offer. David responded very quickly and helped us to get out in front of other interested parties to submit an offer. This was a key step in eventually securing our new home as other people were also showing interest. At that time we were actually heading out on vacation and David was able to connect with us while we were away during the negotiations and we were able to do electronic signatures while away. After offer acceptance, David was also very helpful and diligent in follow up items related to conditions in the offer. We found David to be very trustworthy and responsive. He was always available through e-mail, text, or cell. Also his experience and excellent negotiation skills were very evident throughout the buying process.  David has been on the look out for a new home for my husband and I as we look to downsize from our family home to one that is more suitable for retirees. He has been very patient with us as we are extremely fussy!!! We had the pleasure of also having David help us sell my mother's home in Ajax as she transitioned into a Condo (which David also helped us find!) in Whitby.  I met David at a final showing through a friend who had been working with him for 3 years to find the perfect home for her family. David took the time to make sure we were making an informed decision. 1.5 years later, we are still in touch with David. He has taken the time to send us alerts for when other houses are for sale in our area, and sent us housing market updates. Recently he sent us a personalized video of recent local real estate activity based on our address. He has also taken the time to deliver us honey from his bees, which is absolutely delicious and thoughtful. If you are looking for a real estate agent to help educate and guide you through buying or selling a house I would recommend him 100%.  We plan on calling David when we buy our next house and I suggest you do the same.
