 My experience with this firm exceeded my expectations. I was aware that the firm had a sold reputation. I was however hesitant to pursue this course of action. I am not trusting of the legal system . I needed someone to help me get the justice, compensation and accountability for the neglect that led to my injury. I am a very private person who does not do well with new people or confrontation. Brittany is always so cheerful, friendly,helpful and informative when I had questions. Always very prompt at getting back to me. My very first appointment with David I was a nervous wreck, a mess, but by the time I left I felt at ease, more comfortable. I felt he really had my back, I could trust this person! He is a straight shooter and tells things like they are. If I didnt quite understand something he would explain it so I could understand without making me feel silly for asking it. He takes the time to really listen and makes sure you understand completely before moving forward. It is a wonderful feeling when you can know that someone believes in you when others didn't.
