 My son, Sean, was in an automobile accident in December, 2018, wherein he sustained injuries to his neck, back, shoulder and abdomen. We were referred to Andrew Ramos @ Balaban Law Firm through Sean’s Chiropractor. From the very first day, Andrew walked us through the process of paperwork, and helped us navigate the healthcare system to retrieve documents wherever needed. If something proved to be even the slightest bit difficult, Andrew took over the procurement of any needed paperwork from the doctors or hospitals involved. He was very responsive, and always returned emails or phone calls right away, and our family never felt rushed through the process.
