Darryl Levitt

Darryl is a dual-qualified lawyer in Ontario and South Africa.  He practises in the areas of corporate finance and commercial law, energy, natural resources, real estate,  public interest matters and  investigations. Prior to setting up his own practice, he was a founder of the South African office of a large multinational firm and subsequently went on to become counsel at two other Bay Street multinational firms.  Darryl brings a wealth of real-world experience to the table having sat on a number of public and private company boards. He has consistently been recognized as a leading international lawyer in the independent Who’s Who of Lawyers and Lexology, and a recipient of the Lawyer Monthly award for excellence in Mining Law. Darryl has previously held an executive seat on the Law Society of Ontario’s Natural Resources Section and has had a selection of papers published in prestigious journals.
