I'm a Realtor® covering Metro St. John's and surrounding areas. To help my clients, I provide them with a "Preferred Service Providers" list of individuals my Brokerage has historically had success working with, to help them easily navigate the Buying/Selling process, and close on a home purchase/sale. My clients on a recent purchase in late May actually self-sourced Gary Nolan, and asked if I was OK if we work with him for their transaction (since he wasn't on "the list"). Even my Broker hadn't worked with Gary in the past. The sale was one of the most complex I've ever worked, as every imaginable issue that could happen, did happen, that could cause a sale to fall apart. I have to say, working with Gary Nolan was an absolute pleasure. Gary was proactive, quick to answer questions, and respond to emails/phone calls, and definitely went the "extra-mile" to help me, and personally picked up the phone to call me regarding certain items we were working through (in my experience, that has never happened, it's usually a paralegal who calls). As a result, our mutual clients successfully closed on their ideal home. I was, and remain, so impressed with Gary's work on that close that I have now added him to my "Preferred Service Providers" list that I offer my clients. Additionally, new clients I'm currently working with on a different transaction are also using his services. It's yet another challenging transaction that, thanks to his advice, is now a firm offer with financing in place, and just waiting on closing day.
