| Description | A native of Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, Mr. Penny graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1995 with a degree in political science, and obtained his law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1998.
He was called to the Bar of Newfoundland and Labrador the following year, and became a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society in 2007. Mr. Penny is a proud father of two young sons, and lives in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia. |
