 As the Director of Marketing, going into my 8th year at Dana Hospitality, I’m proud of how our culinary culture has elevated the value of cooking from scratch using fresh, local ingredients to provide truly unique, tasty and healthy food service experiences that our guests embrace every day. It takes hard work to invest time into scratch cooking, but that is what great Chefs train to do, and this is both our core strength and the most unique point of differentiation from our competitors. Since, our Chefs are empowered to “break the culinary handcuffs” that traditional rebate-driven purchasing agreements create, they are able to buy local, create jobs and great meals at the same time. Love where we have come from and where Dana Hospitality is going. Cheers to the next 30-years!

 This is a wonderful company to work for. I was employed with Dana Hospitality for 15 years. I have seen the company grow because of the quality of foodservice by their Chefs, and service staff. They have a dedicated training program at each unit. Their managers are working front and center with their staff. The managers are always available to clients and guests to rectify anything that is brought to their attention. Their fresh, local and innovative approach is unique in this industry.

 The caliber and passion of the chefs and teams at the units are second to none. The creations are incredible! The company is rapidly growing, the people are great, and recent changes are definitely for the better - to another 30 years of Dana!

 One of the very few food service companies that priorities offering food prepared by scratch and made with high quality ingredients. The food is fantastic and the menu is vast and open to many accommodations; I was pleasantly surprised that there are even halal offerings as well! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and lovely to work with. Happy 30th year in the industry, and here's to hoping for another 30 and more!
